Raakshani Sing is the Founder and CEO of Alliance Skills, bringing over two decades of experience in skills development, retail management, and business process design. She combines strong academic credentials, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Reading and specialised training from MIT, with deep practical expertise. Her career includes senior roles within multiple SETAs, notably contributing to the development of MQA’s first five year Sector Skills Plan. Driven by a passion for transformation, women empowerment, and measurable impact, Raakshani leads Alliance Skills with a clear strategic vision that consistently aligns training initiatives with real business outcomes in the Wholesale and Retail sector.
